We do not store credit card details. Nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Delivery Policy
Orders are despatched within 1-7 day time frame dependant on items. Delivery of the items within 3 days of despatch via tracked courier. Please enquire for the exact details of our delivery guidelines on specific items.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be offered on goods found to be defective on delivery. We must be notified in writing within 24 hours of delivery. Cancellation will be accepted prior to despatching of goods.

- Labelling and Documentation: All Products are labelled with the following statement:

- No Diagnostic Claims: Fluid Life Science (a Fluid Science Ltd company) and its suppliers do not make claims regarding the suitability of these products for diagnostic or clinical applications.
- User Responsibility: Researchers and laboratories are responsible for ensuring that the products are used only in accordance with research applications and in compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Handling and Storage: Users should follow the recommended storage, handling, and safety guidelines provided in the Certificate of Analysis (COA) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
- Regulatory Compliance: Use of this product outside of research applications may constitute a breach of applicable regulations.
