This assay employs the quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique. A monoclonal antibody specific for BsmBI has been pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells and any BsmBI present is bound by the immobilized antibody. After washing away any unbound substances, an enzyme-linked monoclonal antibody specific for BsmBI is added to the wells. Following a wash to remove any unbound antibody-enzyme reagent, a substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of BsmBI bound in the initial step. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured. And the residual degree of BsmBI in the sample is measured.

Storage Condition
Short-term storage or transportation: 2~8℃ (no more than 4 weeks), keep away from light;
Long-term storage: BsmBI Standard is stably stored at -20℃ for 12 months; Other reagents are stably stored at 2~8℃ for 12 months, keep away from light.
